Whole Hog BBQ Fire Supper - Friday 7 October
As the colder evenings draw in, we’d love to welcome you to our Fire Suppers - our informal supper clubs, with the same great ingredients and meticulous technique as our Feast nights, just a little bit more relaxed. From now until March we’ll seat you indoors in our cosy Shippen - think log burners and twinkly lights, surrounded by woodland. Note you can use your Cookbook Club vouchers towards these events too.

Special Taste of East Devon event - Friday 16th September
High Grange will be one of the award-winning venues showcasing the region’s food and drink scene in an impressive series of events during the 16 day Taste East Devon festival from 3rd - 18th September 2022, bringing together renowned producers, chefs, restaurants and venues in a brilliant showcase of the incredible food and drink in our region.
Summer BBQ Class - Saturday 13th August
We are hosting a one-off special Summer barbecue cooking class, our best value course at £99 pp for a full day 11am to 4pm. It will help you to source, plan and cook the best barbecues this Summer from fire-pit nibbles over a bourbon cocktail, to the best starters, mains and sides. You will come away with all the recipes to reuse time and time again.
Art Workshop: Drawing with Nature with Jo Beal - 15th September
High Grange brings you a nature in art workshop with Wiltshire-based artist Jo Beal, with 3 course woodland lunch provided by Luke.

Wednesday 11th May 7-10pm - Fire Supper inspired by Argentinian fire-cooking legend Francis Mallman's "Seven Fires"
Introducing our very special Fire Suppers - informal evenings where we celebrate one ingredient. On the evening of Wednesday 11th May we will be eating whole lamb cooked asado style inspired by Francis Mallman’s seminal “Seven Fires”.
Cookbook Club Special with Alex Pole - Knife-Forging Masterclass & 3 course lunch inspired by "The Forge Kitchen"
For our June Cookbook Club, Master Blacksmith Alex Pole will be doing a special knife-forging masterclass followed by a 3 course sit down meal inspired by his book “The Forge Kitchen”.
Spring is sprung - Some exciting HG April events & news for you....
The daffs are out, the sun is shining and the air is filled with the delicious allium whiff of wild garlic- Spring is here! We think it’s nearly time to move our feasting from the Shippen (which has served us brilliantly over the Winter) to the outdoor feasting table. At the moment we’re taking it on a case by case basis depending on the weather!

Feast Nights in 2022 now available to book!
We have sat down and planned our entire schedule of feasts for 2022 which are available to book now! Beginning with Burns night in January, via Valentine’s night, we then feast again outside for our monthly signature feasts from March onwards. These sell out quickly so book in soon!

Our New Cookbook Club Event
Introducing our new Cookbook Club - taking one of our favourite cookbooks, and using all the intricacy and attention to detail of our Feast nights but at half the price. An informal, two course lunch with inspiration and chat about our favourite cooks. The first is Feast by Annisa Helou - a culinary delight of Middle Eastern sharing food.
