We’ve been busy planning our quieter Winter - Spring months and we can offer you one delicious takeaway to enjoy at home per month, inspired by Luke’s favourite food. Collect from High Grange and follow the heating instructions to make a delicious Feast to enjoy at home.
Take the pressure off in Christmas week with one of our glorious Beef Wellingtons - they easily feed 4 people and come with buttery truffle mash and a rich veal bone gravy.
Each one is handmade by Luke with the finest aged beef fillet and a mushroom duxcelle enriched with a goose liver pate - from our Christmas geese. The mash is buttery and rich with just a hint of truffle and the gravy is a glorious reduction of veal bones and madeira. We recommend serving with any green vegetable of your choice or a simple garnish of peppery watercress.
