Summer BBQ Class - Saturday 13th August

Due to popular demand, and as a thank you to our regular customers, we’re hosting a special one-off barbecue cookery course teaching you how to source, plan and cook the perfect barbecue.

You will learn how to source, plan and cook the best barbecue meals, elevate your grilling game and making your garden a sought after destination!

It doesn’t matter if you are a complete novice or a handy pit master, you will pick up loads of tips and techniques from menu writing to basic butchery and knife skills, to selecting types of wood and charcoal to cook on.

The course will involve learning how to cook fire-pit nibbles with a smokey bourbon cocktail, then how to do the best starter, main course, sides and dessert all cooked over fire. You will leave with all of the recipes so you can reproduce what you learn again and again.

Note this event is not BYO but we will have a range of wines, beers and soft drinks available.
