This feast will go brilliantly with our Bar Buoy Seabird cocktail (£6.50 / 100mls / 16% vol) - It's based on a Paloma but mixed with gin instead of tequila. Mixed with Salcombe Gin, pink grapefruit, lime juice and agave - it’s dry and refreshing.
