You might not have enough room in your inside oven or want to escape the chaos - whatever your reason, we believe everyone should cook outdoors more whatever the weather, so join us for a day in the woods to discover how to make your Christmas cooking simple and enjoyable on your ceramic BBQ. We have a selection of Kamado Joes but the techniques can be applied to any outdoor ceramic BBQ.

Your day will begin with breakfast, cooked over fire (of course). 

Then you'll learn how to make the main meal of the day as well as all the sides - smoking your own salmon, picking and cooking the best Winter veg, and the all important turkey and stuffing, perhaps while enjoying a smoked pine negroni? 

You'll end up with a delicious feast around our communal oak table to enjoy with old and new friends!
