This is our signature bespoke barbecue cooking school which covers the full gambit of outdoor cooking. We’ll cover a huge variety of outdoor fire cooking, British barbecue techniques and butchery with Luke at the helm. Check out our event calendar for dates, mosts months we have one or two dates so if you can’t see that then do let us know.
