Our original Fire School on steroids…. perfect if you’ve been on one of our fire schools already and want to come back for more. It’s also suitable for newcomers to High Grange who just love cooking over fire!

A similar structure to our original Fire School day but using completely different ingredients, techniques, butchery and fire making skills.

The day will be a fun and an immersive experience with participants encouraged to get stuck in. There will be plenty to eat throughout the day and it will culminate in a feast sitting at our communal oak table.

Luke Mackay has been teaching and cooking for decades and is passionate about cooking over fire. His enthusiasm for food is infectious and we are proud of the consistent 5 star reviews and awards that our little fire school has acheived.

Masters of Fire is best suited to those with some outdoor cooking experience who want a deeper dive into all things BBQ.
