This weekend's takeaway - classic Chinese!

This week we’re going classic Chinese takeaway…. The sort of place that has been on every high street and in every little town for as long as anyone can remember. I love it. It reminds me of birthday treats when I was a kid and countless Friday nights, since. Sometimes sober.

It’s tough cooking these all on a Monday night purely for photographic purposes…. Don’t know who’s going to now eat it 👀
