High Grange At Home - Mother's Day Lobster Feast
After the year we’ve had, we feel it’s important to celebrate when we can. So, at Sara’s request (and to be served after an extensive lie in, breakfast in bed, a wild Lyme Bay swim and some Dalwood fizz), Luke is cooking a lobster feast for takeaway on Mother’s Day.

Lobster and smoked corn croquettes with peashoots and tarragon mayonnaise

Charcoal-baked lobster rice with Lyme Bay seafood and extra lobster bisque
Dessert
Caramelised white chocolate and miso tart with macerated raspberries
