High Grange Dates Released!
So after a long bleak winter of uncertainty and sadness for everyone, at last a few chinks of light.
We are genuinely delighted to announce that our July Feast dates have been announced and are available to book . We’ve been busy in lockdown and built a glorious new woodland dining area with a huge oak table and gorgeous awnings. Our new outdoor kitchen has been designed to allow a plethora of fire-cooking techniques – you can watch from your seat or get a bit closer to the action if you like.
All of our menus are based around incredible Devon, seasonal produce from Lyme Bay crab and scallops to local venison and Dalwood asparagus. Absolutely everything is cooked over fire – whether charcoal or wood – usually beech, oak or apple….
We’ve also launched our new Fire Cookery one-day courses – we’ll look after you from 9-5 and teach you how to use ceramic barbecues, fire pits, pizza ovens and even our huge South African Braai. You will learn in a relaxed environment with gorgeous views and use the best ingredients that we can find. Eating the fruits of your labours is of course a highlight!
Tickets for both are going fast so book now to avoid disappointment. Current voucher holders can email us to book either a feast or to offset part of the cost of a Fire Cookery Day.
