High Grange At Home
While we wait for our feast nights to start again, we’ve finally decided to dip a toe in the food delivery market - better late than never…. Valentine’s Night felt like the right time - we cooked a spectacular Valentine’s feast last year and it’s the best excuse in this dreary lockdown to treat yourself to a banquet of local seasonal food, with the promise of Spring around the corner.

High Grange at Home - ‘Fine dining over fire’
Canapé
HG seaweed cure, hot-smoked salmon, caviar, squid ink crayfish crackers
Starter
Charcoaled roots, smoked hazelnut tarragon butter
Fish
Lyme Bay crab bisque, crab, scallop and seaweed butter
Main Course
Smoked ox cheek bourgignon, bone marrow mash, HG pickled red cabbage, greens and mushroom ketchup
Dessert
Rhubarb burnt cream, broken gingerbread blondies.
The cost is £100 for 2 people, including delivery. Full reheating instructions are provided.
We’re doing TWENTY feasts and it’s first come first served. Unfortunately we’re only doing local delivery this time - Axminster, Lyme Regis abd Honiton and surrounds- about 6 miles from High Grange.
