This is a specific course for Big Green EGG (or other ceramic barbecue) users. We’ll spend a little time on loading, lighting and charcoal for beginners and then run through all of the techniques and modes that make this the best way to cook in the world from roasting and grilling to smoking and slow cooking and everything in-between. Whether you’re a novice or expert you will lead High Grange with new skills and tips that will elevate your game every time you cook as well as a goodie bag and full belly!
