New Feast and Fire School dates announced!
We are delighted to let you know our food events for the rest of the year and the start of 2022.
We have two Christmas Feasts on 10th and 11th December but amazingly they sold out after 24 hours of us posting them on social media. We’re putting in a 3rd night shortly so watch this space! Tickets are £75 and the menu can be found on the Eventbrite page.
We're also hosting a special Burns Night Feast on Tuesday 25th January for a night of whisky and fine dine haggis, and our “Anti-Valentine’s” Feast on Monday 14th February for those who want to go out but hate heart-shaped food! Our normal Feasts will restart again on 18th March.
We’re also delighted to host two special Half-Day Fire Schools on 10th and 24th November - Christmas Dinner On a Big Green Egg. You’ll learn how to cook everything outside on the barbecue - turkey, veg, roast potatoes, amazing smoky gravy and our incredible stuffing and pigs in blankets; dry cure and hot smoke a whole side of Loch Fyne Salmon; knock up a quick grilled chicken liver and cointreau pate; and make the best mulled cider ever. Spaces are £145 and limited to 12 people., the day is 10am to 3pm.
As well as our signature Feast nights, we will soon be offering our new VIP The Oak Table experience where you can sit next to the kitchen and watch as Luke talks you through each course, and a Fire Supper where we showcase one exceptional ingredient at an informal sitting. Prices start at £45 for our Fire Suppers, £85 for our Feast nights and £1200 for The Oak Table (max 8 people).
We are selling vouchers for all the above, and you can combine a Feast or Fire School experience with our own branded High Grange Hot Sauce, extra virgin Olive Oil and hand-crafted waxed cotton Aprons which our guests can take home with them. Email us for further information.
