We have created new Fire School events!

Deer in a Day - At Deer in a Day you’ll learn butchery techniques and about different cuts of venison, as well as all the sides. We’ll explore how to get the best out of whatever cut you are cooking and how to cook it over fire. We’ll even do some curing too! 

Christmas Fire School - Have you been thinking about how to enjoy your Christmas alfresco? You might not have enough room in your inside oven or want to escape the chaos - whatever your reason, we believe everyone should cook outdoors more whatever the weather, so join us for a day in the woods to discover how to make your Christmas cooking simple and enjoyable on your ceramic BBQ.
