Christmas Feast & 2023 Events
Our last feast of 2022 is this Saturday 10th December with our Christmas Feast night. Starting with a smoked pine negroni and canapés in our woodland bar, we’ll then have a 5 course supper of the best Christmas food - the highlight being a brilliant local goose. Hot-smoked trout terrine, HG green apple, parsnip crisps
Warm pigeon salad, hazelnuts, HG black pudding, quince
Smoked Kilmington goose breast, confit goose leg, plancha rosti, sprout tops, madeira gravy

We then start 2023 with a bang, as our piper Jean returns for another Burns night of haggis, kilts, whisky and poetry, as well as a showcase of Scotland’s brilliant cuisine.
