Barbecue season is coming......
Much as we love doing our High Grange at Home Takeaways, our woodland feast nights, fire suppers and even wedding catering - it’s our Barbecue classes that we love doing most and we’re delighted to have a full programme of classes for every ability starting this week.
Having done demos and taught at Borough Market for years I truly love teaching people about food - but this isn’t a classroom- I don’t want anyone taking notes and you don’t get your own ‘work station’. We’ll fillet fish, light fires, grill, smoke and eat. No question is too basic and you’ll learn tips and techniques that you can replicate at home whatever kit you have.
