Asado Fire Day : Friday 6th June 2025

This course focusses on Argentinian Asado fire cookery.

After a fire-pit breakfast and strong coffee we’ll load up our Asado cross with a whole lamb and spend the day tending the fire. There is an art to cooking this way, ensuring your meat is cooked through without burning the outside, and, in managing whatever weather comes your way.

While the centrepiece is cooking, we will get stuck in to make a stunning selection of sides and snacks to eat along the way. We’ll finish, of course, with an amazing feast watching the sun set over the Blackdown Hills, gathered around our grand oak table.
