The Negroni is one of the all-time classic cocktails and renowned for being an Italian sundowner. It’s made with equal parts of Punt e Mes vermouth, Campari and Salcombe Gin.
The result is a dry, bitter cocktail balanced out by the vermouth and orange to give it a fruity sweetness.
CHILL in the fridge SHAKE it ‘awake’ POUR into a rocks glass over ice. GARNISH with a slice of orange.
