-SLEEP-

Please note we are not hosting anyone during this Covid period, but we hope to welcome visitors again when life returns to normal.

We are currently in the process of designing and applying for planning permission for 3 log cabins to be situated in our woodland, with magnificent views over the adjacent countryside. Each cabin will be cosy and in keeping with our surroundings and High Grange Ethos - think wood burners, comfy armchairs and a raised porch to watch the sunset with a negroni. We are not able to take booking yet but please sign up for our newsletter to keep informed.

We are on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Blackdown Hills, and are a few minutes drive from the beautiful village of Dalwood, with the brilliant Tuckers Arms pub. We are 15 minutes from Lyme Regis and the Dorset coast, and 25 minutes from the Devon coast at Beer and Seaton, with Sidmouth and Branscombe further down the coast. Axminster and the River Cottage are around 10 minutes away, as is the Pig-At-Combe.

Other places to stay

There are 2 great options that are walking / staggering distance from the house. Andrewshayes Holiday Park has static caravans, holiday cottages and a new orchard retreat to stay in - as well as a bar, hot tubs and swimming pool; and Larkshayes holiday cottages are a short walk down the road. In the village, the brilliant Tuckers pub has a lodge.

A longer drive away, we can recommend glamping in the 2 beautiful shepherds huts at Dimpseys just over the border in Somerset (that’s their lovely huts shown above).

Feel free to get in touch and we’ll find something perfect for you and your group.
