This takeaway is a charcoal-inspired, Indian street food feast with recipes and ideas from all the amazing chefs that I’ve worked with over the years.
We’ve got char-grilled kofta meatballs in a rich coconut and tomato gravy, chicken roasted over charcoal and smoke in a fluffy saffron-infused biryani and comforting, silky yellow dhal spiked with crisp grilled mushrooms. And fresh kachumber salad with coriander and lime to give it some zing.

Can be kept in your fridge for 3 days and is suitable for home freezing (except the Kachumber salad)
