Boneless chicken is marinated, smoked and grilled over charcoal and dressed with lip-smacking Sichuan peppercorns and peanuts. Green beans are blistered over a high heat with fragrant, aromatic pork mince and then on the side, delicious egg fried rice with crisp cured ham and spring onions. What a feast.
It has to be rum for the cocktail so add a Bar Buoy Devon Stormy (£6.50 / 100mls / 16% vol). Mixed with Two Drifters Signature dark rum, orange bitters, agave syrup and ginger.
