This week we’ve got a delicious Sri Lankan feast - as ever we’ll marinade, grill and smoke our chicken, and douse it in a rich medium-spiced coconut sauce…

Roast potato curry you say? YES PLEASE. Along with a comforting dhal with fresh green beans and Jasmine rice.

This feast will go brilliantly with our Bar Buoy Seabird cocktail (£6.50 / 100mls / 16% vol) - It's based on a Paloma but mixed with gin instead of tequila. Mixed with Salcombe Gin, pink grapefruit, lime juice and agave - it’s dry and refreshing. And it has been awarded a Great Taste Star (scroll down to add these to your order).
